HCL has been in the transportation and distribution business since 1995.
We started our Interstate commerce since 2004 and we have been claims free since. Our on time delivery records is 100% guaranteed.
We have been also shipping to Haiti (all ports), the Caribbean, Africa and Europe via our partners since 2005.
Shipping to DR and especially Haiti has been very challenging. However we manage to provide more professional services with the addition of insurances (optional) and our most requested package: SPECIALIZED CARGO.
We are so far the only third party shipping to Haiti that also provides customs clearance services. Due to the informal nature of customs in Haiti we've dealt with few setbacks over the years, but we have learned from our experiences and with a new management and more certified agents we can absolutely provide the best services you can hope. Delivering your cargo is what matters the most for us.
